Re: Interesting article about the whole ACORN situation.

Like when ACORN turned in 1800 new registrations recently and only 6 were legit? Or the fellow they had being interviewed who had registered to vote over 70 times by ACORN? And you expect us to believe it is 1% fraud? Pass me the pipe, I want some of that.

Funny I havent even heard that part from Fox. And in most cases it was about 1% in the particular city and if there was a case, the handwriting was the same. Which means that where there was cases like that, it was the same person filling out bogus forms to get their paycheck. Again, unless the "made-up" people show up at the polling places with their IDs in hand, its not going to make a difference what so ever.

Or that obama has nothing to do with them at all, except he gave them $800,000.00 of taxpayer money and the head shebitch of them gave a speach about how "we" are going to get obama elected.

It is fraud just by turning the registration forms in skippy.

Havent heard that one either. Have heard a group that works for Obama contributed to ACORN. Just a lame ass excuse from the Mccain campaign to try and discount the million or so that are real registered and will more than likely vote for Obama. Nothing but pre-election excuses as to why Mccain will lose, when any person can use their common sense and see that those "fake" people arent going to be placing a vote. Get over it "Skippy", it will hold no barring on the election. And if you think it will, then can you tell me how?

Re: Interesting article about the whole ACORN situation.

I thought you didn't watch Fox much. If all of BHO's supporters are as far up his arse as you I don't see how he will ever get any work done in the White House.

    How about some of these:
Joni Rabinowitz, a volunteer with Just Harvest, began fielding questions from the red uniformed men she later described as "extremely interested and very eager to participate."?
She was there with about 45 others from groups including the Pennsylvania League of Young Voters; Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania; the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People; the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, ACORN; the Community Voters Project; Work for Progress; and Duquesne University nursing and political science students.
Volunteers explained: You can vote if you"?ve been charged with a felony but haven"?t had your court date yet. You can vote if you"?re incarcerated on a misdemeanor conviction. You can vote if you"?ve completed your incarceration on felony counts and are in jail awaiting trial on other charges. [Pittsburgh Post-Gazette]

At least seven felons convicted of crimes including cocaine possession and robbery were recruited by a liberal group to register voters in Milwaukee.
The Republican Party says using convicted felons for that work increases the chances of voter fraud.
All seven were designated as special registration deputies in Milwaukee, which allows them to solicit and keep voter registration applications.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, hired all seven.

State law says anyone who is able to vote can be a special registration deputy. Felons can vote as long as they are no longer on probation or parole.
But the attorney for the state board that runs elections issued an opinion in April saying felons may not serve as special registration deputies. [NBC26 Green Bay]

A Durham official is asking state elections administrators to check approximately 80 voter registration forms for possible fraud.
Mike Ashe, Durham County''s elections director, said the forms were among about 4,000 submitted to his office over the past four to six weeks by a national left-wing group called Acorn, for Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
"They will be turned over to the State Board of Elections for investigation and prosecution,"? Ashe said of the questionable documents. [Herald Sun]
Signing another person''s name on a voter registration form can result in up to 15 months in prison in North Carolina. With any luck, someone is going to jail over this one.

Lake County election workers discovered dozens of ACORN-delivered registration forms they believe contain inaccurate voter information, including one in which a dead man from Gary was listed as the applicant. None of those applications was processed. [Post-Trib]

Re: Interesting article about the whole ACORN situation.

Did I not say earlier thats what happens when you have around 13,000 workers, who some are just doing it to get a paycheck. And I dont think 7 guys are going to register that many voters for it to actually have an effect. As a matter of fact what difference does it make that a felon "registered" you anyways, anyone can get a form and send it in on their own (I know thats what the rules say) This more than likely happens with groups like ACORN all the time, but this one in particular was targeted because the people they register (young, minority, low-income) will probably vote for Obama. Again can you or anyone else tell me how these fake persons will show up on election day and cast their vote for Obama?

No it was a presidential election. JFK would have never been JFK if it wasn't for it. Heres a good read.
